Navigate to any live or upcoming stream on the Browse page. Click an available slot in the break grid to reserve it, then complete payment via the checkout modal. Your slot is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Reservations expire after 10 minutes if payment is not completed. The slot will be released back to available for other buyers.

Vendors are responsible for shipping. Once a break is complete and the fulfilment window closes (typically 3 days), vendors process and ship orders. You'll receive tracking information in your Orders page.

Go to your Orders page. Once the vendor adds tracking, you'll see the carrier and tracking number there.

You can report a problem from your Orders page within 14 days of the break date. Our team will review your dispute and work to resolve it.

Chaos Pulls uses a provably fair commit-reveal system. When a break is created, a random seed is generated and its hash is publicly stored. After all slots are sold, the seed is revealed and used to assign slots deterministically. You can verify the result by hashing the revealed seed and comparing it to the stored hash.

Create an account and complete vendor onboarding from your dashboard. You'll need to complete identity verification (KYB) to receive payouts. Once approved, you can create streams, add breaks, and start selling slots.

Payouts are processed via Airwallex after the fulfilment hold period. You can view your earnings and payout history from the Vendor Dashboard.
