Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chaos Pulls, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Chaos Pulls is a marketplace connecting trading card game (TCG) vendors with buyers for live break events. Users must be 18 years of age or older to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Purchases and Payments

All slot purchases are final once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Airwallex. Chaos Pulls charges a platform commission on each sale. Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable fees at checkout.

4. Fulfilment and Shipping

Vendors are responsible for shipping purchased items within the timeframe specified on their stream. Chaos Pulls holds vendor payouts for a short period after fulfilment to allow for dispute resolution. Tracking information must be provided for all shipments.

5. Disputes and Refunds

If you experience an issue with your order — including items not received, wrong items, or damaged cards — you may open a dispute within 14 days of the break date. Chaos Pulls will review disputes and may issue refunds at its sole discretion.

6. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must complete identity and business verification (KYB) before receiving payouts. Vendors are responsible for accurately representing the products being broken and for fulfilling all orders in a timely manner. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chaos Pulls is not liable for the condition or authenticity of products sold by third-party vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed transaction. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
